On today's Connect the Dots, Alison Rose Levy (www.healthjournalistblog.com) will speak with two special guests. Bill Couzens, of Less Cancer (www.lesscancer.org) heads an organization working over time to prevent cancer. We'll discuss the politically influenced decision by the Susan G. Komen foundation to cut funding to Planned Parenthood, which millions of one time Komen supporters regard as a betrayal of their women's heath mission. In the second half of Connect the Dots, Alison will welcome back David Braun of United for Action (http://unitedforaction.org/) to discuss the recent arrest of Gasland documentary director and journalist, Josh Fox, which was initiated by Republican Congressmen in violation of First Amendment rights and all prior precedent permitting journalists to cover Congressional Hearings.
